BMW R12 is a pre-World War II boxer-class motorcycle. A total of 36,000 R12 motorcycles were produced in Munich, Germany between 1935 and 1942.
While some of these originals survive in museums and private collections, only one singular pen-drawn, life-size drawing of the BMW R12 exists.
It is the latest creation of Alessandro Paglia, the Milanese artist and photographer whose photorealistic drawings of iconic pop-culture items and breathtaking bird wings we have written about before.
This remarkable s labour of love is painstakingly drawn by pen on 220 x 130 cm paper (85 x 51). Enquire: bill@thecoolhunter.net
Alessandro Paglia is exclusively represented by TCH.
